O COR (Family Guidance Center) is a non-profit organization committed to improving the quality of life for families in vulnerable situations. It was conceived and founded in 1971 by Nair Salgado and her group of friends with Catholic Christian principles, aiming to respect the dignity and integrity of each person and family they serve.
The SAICA, as an entity, is characterized as a living space, similar to residential conditions, for groups of up to 20 children/adolescents, designed to minimize the impacts of family separations.
