Adere – Associação para Desenvolvimento, Educação e Recuperação do Excepcional (“Association for the Development, Education, and Recovery of the Exceptional”) works in favor of people with intellectual disabilities. Their goals are to train attendees for social, cultural, and recreational inclusion, as well as for the work environment.

These goals can only be reached with actions that aspire sustainability and generate resources for the organization. For this reason, Adere develops actions through social businesses; in other words, by commercializing artisanal and food products towards this end.
