The Associação Tia Marly was founded on June 27, 2007, by a group of volunteers with the purpose of establishing institutional care for children and adolescents, offering continuous support and housing. The services provided by the organization are carried out by an interdisciplinary team and an action plan, structured to develop activities aimed at the care of children and adolescents.

  • Mission: To contribute uniquely to the comprehensive development of the human being, thus promoting greater social justice through education and the holistic development of children and adolescents, helping them feel capable of transforming society into a better place.
  • General Objectives: To provide children and adolescents with shelter, clothing, food, a residential environment for social interaction and development, participation in community life, and the use of available resources, regardless of social class, nationality, gender, race, color, or religious beliefs. To ensure the execution of programs aimed at developing their potential, focused on building life projects and strengthening family and community bonds, with the understanding that the care provided is exceptional and temporary.
  • Specific Objectives: To provide the necessary human resources, both professional and volunteer, to enable the provision of quality services in the care unit, with the goal of facilitating the reintegration of children and adolescents into their families and communities.
